Coronavirus does not see race, religion and caste before attacking: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that 'adaptability, efficiency, inclusivity, opportunity, and universalism' are the 'new vowels' which will redefine the new business and work culture in the days ahead following the COVID-19 pandemic. Modi also emphasized that the COVID-19 virus did not discriminate between people on the basis of faith, community, race, or nationality.

Urging people to develop business models that attach primacy to care for the poor, PM Modi said that this is the time to think of reimagining what we refer to as being efficient."India, with the right blend of the physical and the virtual can emerge as the global nerve centre of complex modern multinational supply chains in the post COVID-19 world. Let us rise to that occasion and seize this opportunity," he added.  The number of coronavirus cases in India has climbed to 16,116, which includes 519 deaths, the Health Ministry said on Sunday, adding that 1,324 cases and 31 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours.
