COVID-19: Parliament's canteens to go cashless from March 31

In view of the coronavirus scare, all canteens in Parliament House complex here are preparing to go cashless from March 31.

New Delhi, March 19 In view of the coronavirus scare, all canteens in Parliament House complex here are preparing to go cashless from March 31.

Pre-paid cards will have to be used to buy meals in the canteens, for which the State Bank of India is making special arrangements.

"All sale transacions at these canteens will be made through cards from March 31," said an official.
