Jhansi, Dec 3 Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav is taking out a 'Vijay Rath Yatra' in Jhansi on Friday, with the focus on Bundelkhand and will also hold public rallies at nine places.
