Watch: Man Caught Throwing Food Wrappers From Car Outside Delhi Metro Station, Video Sparks Public Outrage

A Video of man throwing waste on road in Delhi surfaced on social media and has gone viral creating debate about the civic sense . Video begins with man who filmed this video narrating then he pans the camera to a white car. Man seating on the front seat was seen throwing the fast food wrappers on the busy road. Guy in video screamed and said to the person throwing waste that this is not dustbin and this road does not belong to you. 

Even after saying that, man who threw wrappers gave a look and went ahead. It seems that this was done deliberately and man was looking unbothered. Netizen reacted to video and questioned the civic sense. One user wrote, "That's place is also non parking zone why he parked here & dumped the garbage." Another wrote,  "Gaadi 10 lakh ki aur akal 10 paise ki bhi nahi." Many users also demanded strict action should be taken and they should be fined. 

You can buy a car.
You can buy a burger.

But you cannot buy civic sense, that you have to develop on your own.

This man casually and shamelessly littered on the road as if public spaces are his personal dustbin.

After video went viral Delhi Traffic police responded and thanked the person who recorded this. They also assured that they will be looking into the matter.
