Smart phones are one of the important accessory without which we can't imagine our life. We always ignore a small hole in the mobile phone that i s the 'USB port'. This port is not just for charging, but is also very important for data transfer and battery health. If you insert any fake or cheap item into this port, your phone worth thousands of rupees can be ruined in an instant.

1. Fake fast charger: Cheap will cost you

Many people have the habit of buying any charger for 100-200 rupees from the market when the original charger gets damaged. These fake fast chargers can inflate your phone's battery or burn the phone's motherboard. The original charger charges the phone in 60-70 minutes, while the fake charger only heats it, which can permanently damage the charging circuit.

2. Fake charging cable: Risk of overheating

Like the charger, the quality of the cable is also important. Cheap cables cannot control the flow of electricity. Due to this, the phone gets extremely hot while charging. There is a risk of short circuit in the phone due to such cables.

3. Public charging stations: The trap of juice jacking

We immediately plug in our phones when we see free charging at railway stations, airports or cafes. But be careful! This is called 'juice jacking'. Hackers install malware in these cables. As you plug in the cable, your private data, photos and banking information from your phone can be stolen. So always use your own charger and power bank in public places.

4. Uncertified accessories: Don't let the noise of fans and lights bother you

Currently, there is a craze in the online market for small fans, LED lights or mini vacuum cleaners that fit in the port of mobile phones. Although these items look attractive and cheap, they put a lot of strain on the phone's battery. The heat generated by these uncertified items can permanently damage the charging port of your phone.

No matter how expensive your mobile is, its life depends on how you charge it. Don't use fake devices just to save a few rupees, otherwise you will have to pay thousands of rupees for mobile repairs.
