Dombivli: Parked Car’s Front Part Catches Fire in MIDC; No Casualties Reported
Dombivli: A car's front half got engulfed in a fire near the MIDC residency zone, near Garda circle, Trimurti Nagar in front of Dubai Darbar. The vehicle was parked by the roadside. The fire brigade immediately reached the spot and brought the blaze under control.
Visuals shared by the ‘jilha.varta’, shows the dramatic site of incident, where car's front part was seen in flumes and a layer of thick smoke was seen surrounded in nearby area. In video firefighting teams was seen dousing the fire off. The exact cause behind the fire is not known yet.
A fire at Dana Pani Bhullar garden studio in Malad West on Friday morning destroyed studio equipment and office records. The blaze, which started at 6:13 am near Madh Marve road, was brought under control within three hours. No injuries were reported. The fire, confined to a ground-plus-one structure, affected approximately 3,000 square feet across five to six units, damaging electrical wiring, combustible materials, office furniture, records, perfumes, air-conditioning units, and shooting equipment.
Four fire engines, three jumbo tankers, an aerial water tower, and an ambulance were deployed to extinguish the fire by 9:12 a.m. The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
