Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Axis Bank Limited (Axis Bank) on acquisition of up to 30 per cent stake in Max Life Insurance Company Limited (Max Life) from Max Financial Services Limited (Max Financial) by way of a secondary transfer of shares.
