As the conflict intensifies in parts of the Gulf region, a significant number of Indian citizens, including those from Maharashtra, remain stranded in various countries on tourist, employment and residential visas. According to the divisional administration, 162 individuals from the Marathwada are currently stuck in cities including Dubai, Egypt, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Manama, Muscat, Qatar, Sharjah, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Doha, Rehovot and Oman. Meanwhile, eight citizens from Beed district have safely returned to India, while efforts are underway to bring back others from different districts.
