2-day Prof. R.S. Gupte Lecture Series

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The Department of History and Ancient Indian Culture of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University will organise a two-day History Festival and Prof. R.S. Gupte Lecture Series beginning on March 10.

Head of the Department Dr Geetanjali Borade said that Marathwada is a land blessed with a rich heritage of history and culture. In this history festival, four sessions of Prof. R.S. Gupte's lecture series will be hosted. Also, a picture exhibition of devotional traditions in Marathwada will be conducted.

Dr Pravin Wakte (Director, Santpith, Paithan) inaugurate at 11.30 am on Tuesday.

Famous kirtankar H B P Dnyaneshwar Maharaj Bandgar will guide on 'Social Contribution of Warkari Saints in Marathwada while H B P Prashant Maharaj More Dehukar will speak on 'Management Jagadguru and Vaishvik Tukobarai'. Dr Satish Kadam, Dr Gani Patel, Dr Dulari Qureshi and others will also deliver lectures.

This program will be held at the History Museum. Dr Pushpa Gaikwad and Dr Bina Sengar have appealed to attend the History Festival and Dr R S Gupte Lecture Series.
