Two-wheelers thieves posed a challenge before by stealing at least one bike daily in the city. Cases of motorcycle thefts are rising in the city. So, police started taking measures. Despite this, one case of two-wheeler theft is reported daily.

According to details, a motorcycle (MH-20-Ak-3945) was parked in the parking of Anand Multispeciality of Shivajinagar was stolen on June 6. Vehicle owner Janardhan Jayaji Paighone (39, Matoshrinagar) lodged a complaint with Pundliknagar Police Station.

In the second case, Arun Mahadev Kumatkar (43, Shivshankar Colony)

parked a two-wheeler (MH-20-DZ-2127) in front of his house, which was stolen on June 7. The thieves broke the handle lock and ran away with it. A case was registered with Jawaharnagar Police Station. A motorcycle (MH-23-AM-4411) owned by Kumar Gorakh Gaikwad (33, New Hanumannagar) was stolen on June 10. He lodged a complaint with Pundliknagar Police Station.

In the fourth case, Rahul Tukaram Kandarkar (32, Dwarkapuri, Bajajnagar) had parked his two-wheeler (MH-20-TW-7647) in Ganesh Industries parking. The vehicle was stolen on June 11. A complaint was lodged with MIDC Waluj Police Station.
