313 researchers participate in poster presentation

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: A total of 313 researchers and teachers participated in the 'Poster Presentation' competition organised as part of the three-day international conference on

'Innovation in Materials Science for a Sustainable Future' is being organised by the Department of Physics at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University on Wednesday. Experts from India and abroad provided guidance during the last two days.

This is being held in honour of Dr Mahendra Sirsath, senior professor in the department and Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology. A total of 313 persons participated in poster presentations on subjects such as solar batteries, solar cells, sensors, polymers, carbon nanotubes, and quantum computing.

Head of Department Dr Pravina Ugale, Convener Dr B.N. Dole, Dr Prabhakar Undare and others visited and inspected the exhibition. In the first two days, 24 experts provided guidance in five sessions. The three-day conference will conclude at 4 PM on February 5.
