Aurangabad, March 11:

The Cantonment police have booked four persons for submitted a proposal to establish a trust at the Dargah land at Hadapsar in Haveli tehsil in Pune district along with the forged documents. The accused have been identified as Farooq Jalaluddin Syed (Hadapsar), Mehboob Abdul Gaffar Shaikh (Kawalewadi, Hadapsar), Farooq Dilawar Maniyar and Syed Anwar Shamshoddin Syed.

The police said, complainant, Mohammad Amin Syed (65, Mohammadwadi, Hadapsar) mentioned in the complainant that the accused submitted a proposal to the State Wakf Board at Aurangabad to establish a trust on the land of Janab Hazrat Abdul Kadir Peer Dargah Saheb. The accused has misused the name of the complainant while submitted the proposal. They submitted the proposal with his forged photo and signature. They had submitted the proposal to grab the valuable land of the Dargah. Hence, he lodged a complaint at the Cantonment police station on Thursday. The police have started the investigation in this matter.
