Additional district magistrate and resident deputy collector Vinod Khiroldkar based on the reports has issued district ban orders against the concerned individuals. The banned leaders include Nitin Shinde, a former MLA from Sangli and a leader of the Hindu Ekta Andolan, Nitin Pote of Sambhaji Maharaj Pratishthan, Milind Ekbote, and Balraje Aware Patil of Dharmaveer Sambhajiraje Shaurya Pratishthan. Nitin Shinde had already been banned from the district until March 12, while Pote is restricted until March 25, and Aware and Ekbote are banned until April 5.
