Aurangabad, July 1:

In all, 93 Corona suspects including 17 from the city and 76 from the rural areas were found positive on Thursday. For details, refer to the box given below.

Patients found in the city are from Azad Chowk, Town Centre, Deolai Chowk, N-8 Cidco, TV Centre, Nakshtrawadi (One each). Others - 11.

Patients found in the rural areas are from Khuldabad - 1, Phulambri - 4, Gangapur - 12, Paithan - 13, Vaijapur - 16, Kannad - 30.

3 die; total deaths: 3429

A 70 years old woman from Yesgaon, Khuldabad, 71 years old woman from Naregaon and 80 years old woman from Ellora died at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).

New patients: 93 (City 17 Rural 76)

Total patients: 1,46,301

Cured - 1,42,201

Discharged today: 69 (City 20 49 rural)

Active: 671

Deaths: 3429 (03 die on Thursday)

832208 persons vaccinated in disrict

In all, 832208 persons (first and second doses) have been vaccinated till July 1. On Thursday, 1834 persons took vaccines including 1205 in the city and 629 in the rural areas. In all, 384871 persons have been vaccinated in the rural areas so far, of which, 320589 took first dose while 64282 took second dose. In all, 447337 persons have been vaccinated in the city, of which, 347983 took first dose while 99354 took second dose.
