The Aurangabad division of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) topped in the HSC, SSC supplementary examinations-2020 result in the State.
The result was declared online at 1 pm on Wednesday.
It may be noted that the results of February-March 2020 examinations were declared in July, with the delay of two months because of the spread of Novel coronavirus. This caused a delay to the supplementary examinations and result.
Around 6,959 HSC students from the division registered while 6,927 appeared for the November-December examinations between November 20 and December 10.
A total of 1914 students in Aurangabad, Jalna, Beed, Parbhani and Hingoli districts were declared successful today. The passing percentage is 27.63.
As many as 6,336 out of total 6,809 registered candidates took the SSC examinations from November 20 to December 5. Of them, 2,478 students (39.11 per cent) were declared passed.
Students can apply online to recount marks and seek a copy of answer books from December 24 through the link http://verification.mh-hsc.ac.in.
The date of application form submission for the recounting with Rs 50 is December January 2 while for answer sheet copy request with a fee of Rs 400 per subject, it is January 12. Students can seek the answer book copy by hand or email or register post.
Those students who have obtained ATKT in SSC (failed in one or two subjects) are eligible for the admission to 11th class for the academic year 2020-21.
The Aurangabad division topped in both the SSC and HSC result by registering highest pass pc. In the HSC, the pass pc of the division is 27.63. Nashik division is on the second place with 23.63 pc and Latur division found the third position with 22.05 pc.
The division is on the first place in SSC result too with 39.11 pc while Nashik division has received the second position with 37.42 pc. Kokan division is on the third place with 34.05 pc.
