Lokmat News Network

Aurangabad, Dec 9: The information management of teaching and non-teaching staff members working different departments of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) and affiliated colleges has become easy after the launch of e-Suvidha system.

It may be noted that colleges and departments need to collect information of staff to submit at 148 places including annual affiliation, Management Information System, Internal Quality Assurance Cell, annual report, AIHSE survey of the union Ministry of Education and other state and central governments departments. The colleges have given the responsibility to different employees.

Taking into the time, efforts and follow up for information collection, many college principals felt to have a system of collected information. MKCL started additional service ‘e-Suvidha’ for the university for this purpose without any fee.

The teachers can save their personal and service information like he/she participated in how many seminars or received research projects or published research papers and books, current subjects of teaching and participation in examinations work or organised workshops or prepared a video for e-learning.

The college administration will get this information automatically from the system and will be able to submit that information quickly. The university issued a circular asking the colleges to use the new facility and if they have any problem they can contact e-Suvidha centre.
