Ashadhi Ekadashi at Greenvalley Montessori

Aurangabad, July 21: Ashadhi Ekadashi celebrations began with palkhi pooja and aarti by teachers at Greenvalley Montessori School. This was followed by the traditional ‘Dindi’ online procession led by a palkhi carrying the photo of Lord Vitthal. All students from pre-primary to Grade VIII chanted the vedic mantras. School coordinator Dipti Atre and Sonali Shahane shared the importance of Ashadhi Ekadashi. Atre spoke on stories of Shivaji Maharaj and Sant Dnyaneshwar. The celebration ended with song hailing Shri Vithal. Headmistress Urmila Kanwar greeted the parents and students.
