Bamu to hold programme on Yoga Day

Aurangabad, June 20:

The Physical Education, National Service Scheme and Postgraduate Departments of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) will jointly organise an online programme at 6 am on June 21 to celebrate the International Yoga Day.

Vice-chancellor Dr Pramod Yeole will preside over the programme while Pro-VC Dr Shyam Shirsath, registrar Dr Jaishree Suryavanshi will also grace the event. Yoga trainer Rajendra Saraf, Dr Vijay Kathar, Pallavi Sable, Kavita Pisolkar will guide the participants on yoga.

Physical Education Department head Dr Kalpana Zharikar and NSS director Dr T R Patil appealed to all students, teachers and employees of the university to participate in the programme.
