Aurangabad, March 31: In a laudable initiative, the city-based Brahm Group has pledged an amount of Rs 1 crore for strengthening city’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Speaking to Lokmat Times, Brahm Group founder chairman and CEO Bhavook Tripathi, said, “We would like to help with the activation and capacity building to treat the Covid affected people, push for maximising the Covid vaccination programme and develop wellness advisory centres for nutrition and lifestyle based immunity that also distribute free products to the needy.”

“As was seen last year also, the pandemic is disrupting economic activity. There is a need to find a way out like ensuring robust economic activities, growth opportunities for all and simultaneously handling the health crisis. We would strive for an innovative and smart response to the pandemic that would be ideal for other cities,’’ he said.

Bhavook, who is the son of former CMIA president and industry veteran C P Tripathi, said the Brahm Group will consult district collector, municipal administrator, CMIA and others involved to define the nature of the aid to be extended in the city, which he termed as the Smartest City on the planet and close to his heart.

Bhavook is the first generation founder of Brahm Corporation - which has a global footprint across Asia, Europe and the Americas - in High Precision Manufacturing, IT and Software Services, Merchant Banking and Private Equity, Agro based - Well-Being, Lifestyle Products, Luxury Real Estate, F&B and Hospitality.
