Christmas celebrated with Cancer affected children

Aurangabad, Jan 1:

The Cancer affected children have

remain at Hospital for treatment for months and hence they could not celebrate

festivals and other family events with the family members. Hence, Christmas was

celebrated with the Cancer affected children at MGM Hospital so that they can

be provided happiness at least for some period.

Santa Clause during the function

distributed sweets, blankets, gifts and other articles to the children. Head of

the Cancer Department, Dr Tushar Idhate took initiative for organizing the

event.

MGM secretary, Ankushrao Kadam, Dr P M Jadhav,

dean Dr Rajendra Bohra, Deputy Dean Dr Pravin Suryawanshi, Dr Madhuri Engade

assisted for organizing the event. Hospital administrator, Dr Ajay Shinde, Dr

Shripad Kausadikar were present on the occasion. Dr Sonika Bansode made an

introductory speech while Vinod Ghate conducted the proceedings of the

function.
