The second season of CMIA Cricket Utsav 2026 will begin Friday, at Garware Stadium, Chikalthana.

The three-day tournament, organised by the Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA), will feature six teams led by industry representatives. Group A includes CieL Casa Strikers (Adarsh Agrawal), AITG Super Kings (Mihir Soundalgekar), and Canpack Warriors (Janardan Kale). Group B comprises Green Gold 11 (Ajit Mule), Sierra Stallions (Mihir Mule), and Lifeline Mavericks (Vikrant Bhale). Matches on 20th and 21st February will begin at 2 pm, with semi-finals on the morning of 22nd February. The Grand Finale is scheduled at 7 pm, followed by the prize distribution ceremony. The tournament opens with an inaugural ceremony tomorrow at 6 pm. CMIA, which represents over 850 members including multinational companies and small- to medium-sized enterprises, is also providing a platform for 10 small-scale entrepreneurs to showcase their products. Apart from cricket, the event will include a carnival with food stalls, games, and family-friendly activities. Organisers aim to bring together industrialists, business professionals, and citizens, combining competitive sport with community engagement. The three-day Cricket Utsav is expected to attract participants and visitors from across the city, offering a mix of sporting and cultural experiences for all age groups.
