CSN division records 88.68% in HSC results

The Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar division of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education recorded an 88.68 per cent pass rate in the HSC examination, the results of which were declared on Saturday.
Addressing a press conference here in the afternoon, divisional president Anil Sable said that a total of 1,84,841 candidates had registered for the examination from five districts of the division. “More than 1.82 lakh students appeared at 449 centres between February 10 and March 18. Of them, 1,62,022 candidates, or 88.68 per cent, were declared successful,” he said.
CSN district tops, Hingoli last
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district topped the division with a 90.82 per cent pass rate, while Hingoli recorded the lowest at 82.86 per cent.
