CTET to be held on Sept 6; Registration starts

Chhatrapati Sambhajiangar: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the date of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). The CTET will conduct the 22nd Edition of CTET on September 6. The test comprises two papers (Paper I and Paper II).

The online application process started on Monday. The last date for submitting the online application is June 10. The test will be conducted in 27 languages in 132 cities all over the country.

Registered candidates will be able to correct their particulars between June 15 and 18. The Admit Card will be made available two days before the examination. The test result will be declared by the end of October.

The CETE said that there is no provision to select an examination city in the online application portal. The examination city to the applicants will be allotted by CBSE on a random basis. The request for a change of allotted examination city, for whatsoever reason, will not be accepted.

The detailed Information Bulletin containing details of examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities and important dates will be available on the CTET official website.
