A court-appointed lawyer and finance company officers faced threats and verbal abuse while attempting to seize mortgaged property in Sarafa Bazaar. The incident occurred around 2 PM on March 18, prompting a police case against three individuals.

The accused Sopan Haribhau Mundlik, Rahul Sopan Mundlik, and Ajay Sopan Mundlik allegedly obstructed the legal proceedings and intimidated the team. Advocate Rahul Bhutekar, who was appointed as a court commissioner in a financial dispute involving Shriram Finance, lodged the complaint at City Chowk Police Station.

Bhutekar, along with finance officers Pravin Kasab and Bhaskar Arote, PSI Bhagwat Muthal, and other officials, arrived to take possession of the commercial property. As they proceeded with the legal action, the accused allegedly confronted them aggressively, issuing threats and attempting to halt the process.
