Aurangabad, April 3:
Dr Geeta Patil was appointed head of the Department of English of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu). She took charge from Dr Uttam Ambhore.
Dr Geeta has been in the field of teaching and research for the past 27 years. She was also a member of Academic and Management Councils and president of Women’s Grievance Redressal Cell.
Dr Geeta Patil was nominated member of the Board of Studies of English in Shivaji University-Kolhapur recently.
