Entrepreneurs hopeful about increase in orders in coming months

Aurangabad, June 18:

The production lines of four and a half thousand industries in the district, which had slowed down due to the lockdown, are now gaining momentum after the unlock. Vendors have started getting orders from big industries from home and abroad. Entrepreneurs are optimistic that the manufacturing capacity of the industry will increase from July.

The industries in the district, which had been affected by the two-and-a-half-month slowdown, are gaining momentum. Since last year, the industrial sector is facing a shortage of manpower, raw materials, and skilled workforce due to lockdown. But as markets across the country were closed, production capacity plummeted. However, the markets opened ten days ago and the production of goods is slowly gaining momentum. Many industries have upped their production to 50 to 60 per cent as orders have increased significantly and are also ready to increase production capacity in the coming months. Earlier, the industrial production slowed down during July and August. However, this time the production will be doubled. CII Marathwada zonal president Raman Ajgaonkar has expressed confidence that the orders for July and August will be adequate and the industry will reach 90 per cent production capacity.

Vendors in the district are not only dependent on local large industries, but also supply spare parts for two-wheelers, four-wheelers and large vehicles in the country but also all over the world. As a result, after the unlock, the demand for various spare parts for vehicles from automobile industries around the world has increased. So there is an atmosphere of satisfaction in these industries as well.
