Aurangabad, Jan 15:

Goodyear India, as part of its corporate social initiatives, donated personal protective and quarantine ward equipment to treat Covid-19 patients to the Government Medical College and Hospital on Friday.

The project is being implemented by Americares India Foundation. The foundation will help in the distribution of this equipment and ensure that these are properly used at the facility. The equipment includes bedside ventilators, multipara monitors, pulse oximeters amongst others. Goodyear India is also helping the hospital frontline staff by providing them with the critical personal protective gear such as PPE Kits, N95 Mask, 3 Ply masks and sanitisers. Sandeep Mahajan, MD, Goodyear India, said Goodyear’s support in these unprecedented times of Covid 19 will help strengthen the burdened public healthcare system.
