Aurangabad, Dec 15:

The Haj Committee of India (HCI) has extended the date of filing applications for Haj 2021 from December 15, 2020, to January 10, 2021. The applications have to be submitted online.

The applicants holding Indian passport issued on or before January 10, 2021 and valid till January 10, 2022 are eligible for filing the applications, stated the order issued by chief executive officer Dr Maqsood Ahmed Khan.

There are ten embarkation points in the country. Hence, the estimated cost of Haj 2021 (for pilgrims of Aziziya category), boarding flight from Mumbai embarkation point, will be around Rs 3.29 lakh.
