Aurangabad, July 6:

The city is listed in the top 1,000 destinations of the global startup ecosystem and is one of the nine new city entrants to the startup Blink list. In view of this achievement, the Marathwada Accelerator for Growth and Incubation Council (MAGIC) hosted a meeting of regional startup ecosystem partners on Tuesday at CMIA.

CMIA president Shivprasad Jaju inaugurated the meeting. He appealed to the attendees to drive innovation and startup mindset amongst youths and students. He also shared his personal career journey as an entrepreneur. Magic founder director Prasad Kokil enlightened the participants on why the startup ecosystem needs to be further strengthened and shared his experiences with varied startups and entrepreneurs. Founder director Ashish Garde discussed the latest startup blink report, findings and avenues for the broader ecosystem to collaborate and leverage the power of collective wisdom. He emphasised that connecting, collaborating and co-create is the way forward for sustainable growth. Magic chief executive officer Rohit Autee, innovation, incubation and entrepreneurship cell heads, managers and principals from engineering colleges and Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University participated in the interaction.
