Married woman dies by suicide

A 48-year-old married woman allegedly died by suicide by hanging in Wadgaon Bajajnagar on Sunday afternoon.

According to police sources, Kanta Devidas Fuse (aged 48) tied a dupatta to the ceiling of her house and hanged herself at around 12 noon. On noticing the incident, her husband and son Lakhan immediately rushed her to GMCH. However, doctors declared her dead after examination. An accidental death has been registered at the MIDC Waluj police station. The exact reason for the suicide is yet to be ascertained.
