Mother and two daughters consume poison

Aurangabad, May 22:

A woman with her two daughters

consumed poison over domestic dispute at the farmhouse at Palaswadi on

Saturday. The woman and one daughter died while one daughter is being treated

in the hospital. The decease have been identified as Janabai Anna Mandade 965),

her daughter Radhabai Manoj Adhav (40, married) while Hirabai Anna Madade (40,

unmarried) is being treated in a hospital at the primary health centre at

Verul.

Janabai took her daughters Radhabai

and Hirabai to the farmhouse at

Palaswadi Shivar where they consumed poison. A resident Dnyaneshwar Mhasrup was

passing by and saw three of them in unconscious condition. He immediately

informed about it to the villagers and the police.

They were taken to the primary

health centre at Verul. The postmortem of the deceased were conducted in the

presence of Dr Balraj Pandve and the last rites were performed on them at

Palaswadi at around 4 pm. A case of accidental death was registered at the

Khuldabad police station wwhile PI Sitaram Mehetre is further investigating the

case.
