CEO of the Maharashtra State Innovation Society and Commissioner of the Skill Development Department Nitin Patil , recently visited the Marathwada Accelerator for Growth and Incubation Council (MAGIC) to review its initiatives and impact on startups.

During the visit, MAGIC’s Director, Ashish Garde, outlined the organization’s journey and various schemes aimed at supporting startups. Discussions focused on the effectiveness of these initiatives and their role in strengthening the local startup ecosystem. Patil appreciated MAGIC’s contributions as a key incubator and SME accelerator in Maharashtra. He also sought MAGIC’s feedback on the draft of the Maharashtra State Innovation Policy 2025. The meeting was attended by deputy commissioner Vidya Shitole, assistant Commissioners Suresh Varhade and Nagesh Mitkari along with MAGIC’s managers, Shashikant Tiwari and Makarand Bhalerao.
