Aurangabad, May 6:

District collector Sunil Chavan has appointed nodal officers on new hospitals treating corona patients. The officials have been handed over the responsibility of monitoring availability of oxygen beds, ICU beds, number of ventilators, oxygen storage, fire and electrical audit, power system, monitoring oxygen tank in hospitals, daily reports of beds and reporting oxygen leaks and number of available cylinders. The officials will submit a report to the collector on a daily basis. Nodel officers Mandar Vaidya, Bharat Kadam, Sandeep Patil, Vijay Ingole, Sangeeta Sanap and Sangeeta Chavan have been given charge of 46 hospitals.
