Aurangabad, July 11:
A 76 years old man committed suicide by hanging himself at his house in the Jadhavwadi area. The incident to the fore on Sunday morning. The deceased has been identified as Shrikant Shankarrao Joshi. He lived with his family in the Jadhavwadi area.
On Sunday morning, his family members went to his room as he did not come out for a long time. They found that he had hanged himself to the ceiling fan. He was removed from the fan and was rushed to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) where the doctors declared him dead after the examination. A case of accidental death has been registered at the Harsul police station.
