Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: More than 17,000 teachers, officers and employees were pressed into the services of the February-March 2026 examination in the five districts of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE).

Of them, 76 24 worked as invigilators and 7579 as custodians. More than 1.90 lakh students from 1354 junior colleges and higher secondary schools of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Beed, Jalna, Parbhani and Hingoli districts appeared at 449 centres.

With a view to curbing malpractice during the examination, a total of 150 sitting squads were deployed besides flying squads.

Applying process for recounting begins today

The State Board will start the process of applying for the recounting of marks and seeking a copy of the answer books on May 3. The last date of submission of the online application form is May 17.

Those students who have failed or are seeking to avail a class improvement scheme in the June-July 2026 supplementary examination can apply. The schedule of the application will be announced soon.
