Aurangabad, Nov 3:

A post-COVID Out-Patients Department (OPD) will be started at District Civil Hospital from November 4.

It may be noted that some discharged COVID patients experience different problems, including breathing, tiredness, joint pains. These patients need treatment. Patients were asking the hospital staff where to go for the treatment.

District Civil Surgeon Dr Sundar Kulkarni said that post-COVID OPD would commence at the Civil Hospital from Wednesday.

Those patients who are above 14-years age will be treated at the Medicine Department while before 14 years, get treatment at the Paediatrics Department. Psychologists will counsel the patients who feel stress.

Dr Sundar Kulkarni said that patients who taken COVID treatment in any hospital can avail of the OPD.
