Proposal to start air services on 14 routes

Aurangabad, Feb 20:

Airline has 72 seaters planes and a proposal has been given to the Airline to start flights from Aurangabad on 14 various routes in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, informed the chairman of the Aurangabad Tourism Development Foundation’s Civil Aviation Committee, Sunit Kothari. The airline has given positive response to the proposal and the company officers informed that a decision will be taken in this regard soon after the verification, Kothari said.

Industrialist Kothari and the president of the foundation Jaswant Singh recently met Flybig Airline officers Shrinivas Rao and Gaurav Rathor through video conferencing. During the meeting, proposal was given to the company to start small flights on Aurangabad – Pune – Aurangabad, Aurangabad – Indore – Aurangabad, Aurangabad – Nagpur – Aurangabad, Indore – Pune – Indore, Nagpur – Aurangabad – Pune, Nagpur – Aurangabad – Goa, Nagpur – Aurangabad – Pune – Goa, Aurangabad – Pune – Goa, Indore – Aurangabad – Pune, Indore – Pune – Aurangabad, Indore – Nagpur – Aurangabad – Pune, Mumbai – Jalgaon – Mumbai, Jalgaon – Pune – Jalgaon, Jalgaon – Indore – Jalgaon routes.

Kothari said that proposal for 14 routes connecting Aurangabad has been given to the Airline while a decision in this regard will be taken soon. Jaswant Singh said that the officers have assured that a decision will be taken after the verification of these routes.
