'Reading Week' to be inaugurated in Bamu today
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The 'Reading Week' will be inaugurated at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University on April 7 as part of Bharat Ratna Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti Mahotsav.
The university is hosting a series of programmes between April 7 and 14 as part of the celebration. This year's festival has been prepared in full swing under the guidance of Vice Chancellor Dr Vijay Fulari. The festival will begin on April 7 with the inauguration of 'Reading Week'.
Shridhar Nandedkar will deliver a lecture on 'Reading Culture'. A 'Poetry Reading' competition will be held on April 8 while a 'Blood Donation' camp will be conducted on April 9.
The book festival will be inaugurated by Social Justice Minister and Guardian Minister Sanjay Shirsath on April 11. The book exhibition will be arranged from April 11 to 14. 'Ambedkari Jalsa' will be held on April 12. Assistant Commissioner of Police Sampat Shinde will inaugurate it.
