RVS members gherao BoEE director

Members of Republican Vidyarthi Sena (RVS) gheraoed Dr Yogesh Patil, the director of Board of Examinations and Evaluation (BoEE) of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) on Monday demanding to clear irregularities took place in different undergraduate and postgraduate all courses result.

In a memorandum submitted to the BoEE director, the members stated that students had to face many problems of timetable, hall ticket and even in result in the offline and online mode of examinations conducted because of the spread of Novel coronavirus. It alleged that the announcement of the university to declare the result in 10-day was just a false statement.

“In many cases, students were declared failed in all the subjects. Norms of giving grace marks to pass the students were not followed. Mistakes were made while scanning the answer sheets of students who are under stress because of the mistakes. The administration is not guiding the students properly,” they said.

It demanded that Bamu should remove errors in the result and do justice with the students. Those who were present included Sachin Nikam,Gunaratna Sonawne, Atul Kamble.
