Strong response to national MSME seminar

Entrepreneurs responded enthusiastically to the national MSME capacity-building seminar organised on Friday by the MSME Development and Facilitation Office, Government of India, in association with the Buddhist Industrial Manufacturers and Traders Association (BIMTA).

The seminar was inaugurated by joint commissioner CGST Satishkumar C. Takbhavare, with DGFT Mumbai deputy director general Vishwajit Chimankar as special guest. Presiding over the event, BIMTA president Subhash B. Mudgadkar highlighted MSMEs as the backbone of the economy and BIMTA’s role in linking entrepreneurs with schemes, markets, finance, and technology. BIMTA member Ravikumar Khairnar shared his success story. HAL Nashik officials explained vendor registration, while experts guided participants on DGFT schemes, exports, GeM, SIDBI, and NSIC initiatives. A large number of entrepreneurs and startups attended and participated in the Q&A session. MSME assistant director Rahulkumar Mishra proposed the vote of thanks.
