Aurangabad, Feb 15:

The police had launch a combing

operation in the city on Saturday night, still the thieves stole valuables from

three cars parked along the road in Bassayyenagar by breaking the glasses. The

incident came to the fore on Sunday at around 10 am.

Swaraj Sanjay Bhutada, a resident of

Pune had come to the city to meet his ailing uncle Ghanshamdas and aunt Shobha.

He took his brother-in-law Swapnil Nandkishor Loya’s car (MH 20 DJ 4174) at

Apex Hospital on February 13 to meet his uncle and aunt. He parked the car near

Bassayyenagar and stayed at the hospital throughout the night. Thieves broke

the glasses of the car and took a laptop amounting Rs 35,000 and a bag. Another

car of Sharad Omprakash Rathi (MH 20 EJ 6328) was parked on the same road, the

glasses of this car was also broken. Gurvinder Raju Sethi’s car (MH 20 DT 307)

was also damaged. The car owner lodged complaints at the Jinsi police station.
