Two accidents leave two motorcyclists injured

Two separate accidents occurred in the Waluj area due to negligent and rash driving, leading to police cases being registered against the drivers on Saturday.
According to a complaint filed by Adil Salim Sheikh, on Friday night he was returning with a friend on a motorcycle bearing registration (MH-20-FJ-9676) near Misarwadi. Near Hanumannagar Arch in Waluj, the driver of a Swift car (MH-39-BK-1748) coming from Ahilyanagar collided with the motorcycle due to careless driving. Adil was injured in the crash, and the motorcycle was damaged. In the second incident, Sanjay Gangadhar Degawkar filed a complaint stating that on January 23, while driving his car (MH-14-KS-7046) near Jikthaan Phata on Ahilyanagar–Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Road, he was hit from behind by another car (MH-19-EZ-6520) driven negligently by Deepak Bhivsane. Degawkar’s car sustained damage in the accident. Police investigations into both incidents are ongoing.
