Aurangabad, Dec 25:

The Kranti Chowk police have seized a vehicle transporting cattle for slaughter at Sillekhana on Thursday night.

According to the details, PSI, Anita Bagul received an information that cattle is being transported illegally in a vehicle for slaughtering and being brought to Sillekhana. Accordingly, the Kranti Chowk police team Under the guidance of PI D G Darade laid a trap. The team after a cash on Kranti Chowk to Sillekhana Road the vehicle stopped a vehicle (MH20EG3710) in which bovidae family animals were being transported. The driver and the cleaner fled for the scene leaving the vehicle behind. The vehicle and the animals have been seized. PSI Anita Bagul is further investigating the case.
