Aurangabad, June 27:

The Deogiri Institute of Technology and Management Studies hosted parents teachers meet recently to bridge the gap created by Covid 19.

The parents of students pursuing BCA, BBA and B Sc (CS) participated in the meeting. They were informed about the virtual classroom.

Director of the Insitute Dr Anuya Chandorkar expressed concern over the communication gap created due to Covid 19.

“As there is a silver lining to every dark cloud, we are blessed with technology. Teachers rise up to the challenge using innovative methods in the teaching-learning process,” she added.

Dr Anuya encouraged the students to use this situational break for improving their strength and overcoming their weakness so they can add to their skills and knowledge.

She urged parents to try to cultivate role and responsibilities in children so that they are ready for future endeavours. She also insisted upon informal education beyond the four walls. Feedback was also taken from the parents.
