Youth assaulted with rod, sharp weapon over old dispute

A 21-year-old youth, Mirza Arbaz Beg (Naregaon), was allegedly assaulted by four persons following a previous dispute. The accused reportedly attacked him with an iron rod and a gupti, causing injuries. The incident took place at around 11 am on April 20 in Naregaon. Following Arbaz’s complaint, a case has been registered at the MIDC Cidco police station against Rizwan Baig, Sameer Baig, Zuber Baig Rizwan, and Tabassum Baig (all residents of Kausar Park, Naregaon).
