While the city of Chennai does not face extreme variation in seasonal temperature, it does face extreme heat and humidity, with the mercury level regularly touching 35 to 40, pushing many households to purchase air conditioners.

Being one of the most developed metropolitan cities in India, the residents of Chennai have many options to choose from while buying an AC. However, Hitachi Cooling & Heating Air Conditioners have managed to create a strong and loyal customer base among Chennaiites owing to their wide variety of ACs with Expandable Inverter Technology.

Different Ways to Access Hitachi Cooling & Heating Customer Service Solutions in Chennai

The company has developed several independent customer service channels to help its customers to report complaints or issues effortlessly. These different service channels can be broadly categorised into two channels-Automated and Non-Automated.

Automated Channel

As the name suggests, automated response systems enable the customer to register his complaint/query without interacting with a human. Therefore, the possibility of human error is minimal as well.

IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System)

The customer will dial the company customer care no. +91-79-7141-4848 or +91-75-6788-4848.

The call will be automatically connected to the IVRS.

The customer will enter his registered mobile number.

If the system verifies the mobile phone number entered by the customer, the ticket will be raised, and the customer will get an intimation about the same through an SMS on that mobile number.

Automated WhatsApp Chat

The WhatsApp service can be ideal for those who prefer texting.

The customer has to send a "Hi" message from his/her WhatsApp to the company's WhatsApp customer care number 756788-4848 to activate the WhatsApp Chatbot.

After verifying the mobile phone number, the customer will be provided with different options such as new product registration, complaints, inquiries, etc.

The specific ticket will be raised depending upon the option chosen.

Customer Care App

Today, the young generation likes to have all the necessary services at their fingertips using smartphone apps. Such people can download the 'Hitachi India Customer Care' app free from the Android play store or Apple App Store.

A slew of useful services is available through the app, such as registering your product, raising complaints or queries, following up previous complaints or managing the AMC of the product.

Live Chat Feature (Website)

The live chat feature is available on the official website .

Click on the text "Need Help? Chat with us!" on the lower right side of the website to activate the chat.

You will be provided with a few options inside the chatbox.

Select the appropriate option and proceed further without requiring to talk to a person.

Non-Automated Channel

Some people, especially senior citizens, can find the whole automated process overwhelming. Such individuals can take the more traditional approach that requires human intervention.

Contacting Customer Care Executive

While a customer is connected to the IVRS by default on dialling the customer care number, the system will automatically divert the call to a customer care executive if the customer hits any roadblock.

The executive on duty will then take up from there and help the customer with his issues after listening to him.

Email

Hitachi has a dedicated email id for customer care: customercare@jci-Hitachi. The customer can send an email to this address explaining his issue. An automatic reply will be instantly sent to the customer acknowledging the mail and providing the request tracking id.

Whether you are a tech-savvy individual who prefers contactless services or a staunch believer in human interaction, you can feel comfortable dealing with Hitachi Cooling & Heating Customer Care - Chennai through any of the ways discussed herein.

Good customer service is the backbone of a great product, and Hitachi Cooling & Heating, India recognises that. The company strives to maintain its strong position in Chennai by further improving upon the customer service experience in and around Chennai.
