With the earlier completion of K P S Wellness Private Limited, the company has now finalized the acquisition of SVPD Healthcare Private Limited as of March 20, 2026. Consequently, SVPD Healthcare Private Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Park Medi World Limited, bringing the entire transaction to a successful close.

The acquisition provides Park Medi World Limited full control over a 360-bed multi-specialty healthcare facility in Agra, significantly enhancing its operational footprint in North India. This move is aligned with the company's long-term vision of expanding access to quality healthcare services while strengthening its presence in high-growth regional markets.
