IPL 2026: Royal Challengers Bengaluru pulled off a thrilling two-wicket win over Mumbai Indians in a last-ball finish during Match 54 of Indian Premier League 2026 at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

Chasing 167, Royal Challengers Bengaluru completed the chase on the final delivery of the match after a tense batting performance under pressure.

Mumbai Indians posted 166/7 in their 20 overs after being asked to bat first. Tilak Varma top-scored with 57 runs, while Naman Dhir contributed 47. Rohit Sharma added 22, but the rest of the batting line-up failed to make significant contributions.

For RCB, Bhuvneshwar Kumar starred with the ball, claiming four wickets. Josh Hazlewood, Rasikh Salam and Romario Shepherd picked up one wicket each.

In reply, Bengaluru suffered an early blow when star batter Virat Kohli was dismissed for a golden duck by Deepak Chahar in the opening over. Kohli failed to score for the second consecutive innings.

Deepak struck again in the third over to dismiss Devdutt Padikkal for 12 off 11 balls, leaving RCB under pressure early in the chase.

Corbin Bosch then removed RCB captain Rajat Patidar for 8 before also dismissing Jacob Bethell, who scored 27 off 27 deliveries after adding a crucial partnership with Krunal Pandya.

Bosch continued his impressive spell by dismissing Jitesh Sharma for 18 and Tim David for a golden duck in the 16th over to bring Mumbai back into the contest.

However, Krunal Pandya held his nerve in the closing stages to guide Bengaluru to a dramatic win and strengthen their position in the IPL 2026 playoff race.
