Upcoming English opener Tom Banton could be in line for a lucrative  IPL deal from two of the biggest and successful franchises Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings. According to reports, Tom is on the bucket list of MI and CSK. The two most successful teams in the history of IPL have already inquired about his availability for the 2020 season to Somerset. 

Unlike earlier, players from England will be available for the entire tournament next year including the playoffs. Tom has been a hot property in the shorter formats across the globe and is one of the overseas signings of Brisbane Heat for the upcoming Big Bash League. The right - hand opening batsman has played 17 T20 matches for his county.  The youngster is a ferocious striker of the ball and has already etched one century and four half centuries at an average of 39.40.
