Kalkaji Assembly Constituency The Kalkaji Assembly Constituency of NCT OF DELHI state is currently held by Avtar Singh Kalkaji of AAP. In the 2015 NCT OF DELHI Assembly Elections, he beat Harmeet Singh Kalka of BJP.
